How OAU Calculates Admission Screening Score
OAU uses a 50:50 system:
- JAMB UTME Score = 50%
- Post-UTME Score = 50%
Example: If you score 280 in JAMB and 70% in Post-UTME, your total aggregate will be 70 + 35 = 105/100 (normalized to 100).
Strong O’level grades may boost your ranking, but UTME + Post-UTME are the main criteria.
